Jenn has always had a passion for helping others with their health & wellness, especially the Gen Y and elder population. While growing up, Jenn and several of her family members struggled with gastrointestinal issues. Since then, Jenn has found that a gluten-free diet and proper exercise are the key factors in managing her symptons. Jenn hopes to raise awareness and coach others on living a gluten-free lifestyle as a result of wanting or needing to as part of their personal health journey.


Jenn is working towards certification in Precision Nutrition, Move It (HIIT Training), and Pre/Post Natal exercise.


Hobbies: Jenn loves hiking, camping, biking, and geocaching with her family.
