KICKBOXING BOOTCAMPS

Kickboxing is an exciting way to switch up your routine and get a great workout.

Kickboxing canimprove upper body strength and improve aerobic power, anaerobic fitness, flexibility, speed, and agility. Due to the amount of cardio involved in kickboxing, it is excellent for improving your cardiovascular health. Kickboxing can also help you work on your coordination and balance. Requiring hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and a fast reaction time.

PLUS MOVEIT™ HIIT BOOTCAMPS

MOVEIT™ is a dynamic calorie burning, functional, high intensity interval training program for small groups. With HIIT training that focuses on six specific zones – lift, move, function, core, run, and recovery – Sessions are fast paced, competitive, and more varied than other workouts. You’ll enjoy a great calorie-burn through high-energy, full-body workouts.
