Due to the amount of cardio involved in kickboxing, it is excellent for improving your cardiovascular health. Kickboxing can also help you work on your coordination and balance. Requiring hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and a fast reaction time.

With HIIT training that focuses on six specific zones – lift, move, function, core, run, and recovery – Sessions are fast paced, competitive, and more varied than other workouts.
