Barb has 37 years of professional experience doing what she loves- motivating people and helping them achieve their goals. Prior to opening Trillium, Barb spent 12 years based in Saratoga Springs as the Corporate Wellness director at Quad Graphics, Inc. In that role, she operated 8 national fitness facilities. Programs included ergonomics, injury prevention, return to work, fitness testing and evaluation and overall health and wellness assessment. Additionally, Barb has been involved in competitive athletics her whole life, playing high school and college basketball and volleyball and coaching both at the Division III level. Both her coaching and playing experience give her a unique understanding of what it takes to be successful in sports. She took that experience and applied it to a love for endurance athletics. Barb was a competitive triathlete for over eight years, competing in half (70.3) Ironmans and sprint triathlons, where she placed first in her age group numerous times.

Life experience has enabled Barb to bring a wealth of information to the community. During Covid-19 in 2020, the business was forced to close for seven months. Barb spent every day in the facility on zoom calls with professionals across the country to navigate through an unprecedented time. Barb never lost hope to bring Trillium through the pandemic and offer the best programs to her constituents. Covid taught us how important our health is to combat diseases. Barb continuously spends time researching the most innovative tools in the industry.  She wants people to participate in life, not sit on the sidelines. Barb works hard to bring many programs to those that want to reach their health goals.
