Club Manager, Health Educator, and Member Services
Cathy has been with
Trillium for 24 years. She began as a member and training client when diagnosed
with multiple sclerosis left her searching for answers to deal with
debilitating physical conditions and get healthy. She was a participant in the
weight loss program in 2006 and has lost over 200 pounds. Because of this and
all the programming at Trillium she was able to go off all medication and
infusions in 2013. She earned her
undergraduate degree, a BS in Psychology from SUNY Oswego as well as Certificate
of Advanced Study. She earned her Master degree and PhD from Syracuse
University in Psychology and Counselor Education. She has also has been
published in health magazines, as well as written a book with other doctors and
educators about the importance of health and wellness to combat disease and
illness. Cathy has one son, Patrick, who was
married in 2020 and she looks forward to the future of welcoming grandchildren.
Her role as club manager and member experience coordinator has allowed her to
develop strong relationships over these many years. Cathy has been part of a
tremendous team and uses every opportunity to help people in CNY get healthy and change
their lives.
