Kim holds an MBA from Le Moyne College, a Master's in Higher Education Administration from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor's in Physical Education from South Carolina. She currently serves as an assistant dean at Cornell University's College of Human Ecology, bringing her passion for wellness to both academic and athletic pursuits.
Kim brings elite athletic achievement and deep expertise to her role as a fitness professional. As an NSCA certified personal trainer and Les Mills instructor certified in Body Pump, RPM, Core, The Trip, Body Combat, Body Attack, and Grit, she offers comprehensive strength and conditioning guidance.
Her athletic credentials include 4 Ironman finishes, over 30 half-Ironman competitions, and qualification for the 2012 70.3 World Championships. Before becoming a triathlete, Kim played professional softball for the Georgia Pride and earned Division I All-American honors at the University of South Carolina, where she was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2023
